What are your hours?

Wednesday 9 – 5
Thursday 9 – 6

How long is each session?
Allow 45 – 60 minutes for each session, except for the first visit which is longer because it includes an overall health analysis. During this visit, we review your health goals, current health, and health history.
The initial visit lasts between 60 – 90 minutes and includes an acupuncture treatment.
How much do you charge?
Acupuncture session – $125
Initial visit (consultation with first acupuncture session) – $155
Payment is due at the time of service.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, credit card, FSA (Flexible Spending Account Card), and HSA (Health Savings Account Card).
Do you accept insurance?
We provide SuperBills (Detailed Receipts) which our patients submit to their insurance companies for reimbursement.
We take payment from the patient at the time of service and provide the patient with a SuperBill (detailed receipt) which includes required codes for insurance reimbursement purposes.
This will work if your insurance is out of network (PPO) and if your policy has acupuncture coverage. Every policy is different so you should check with your insurance company for details on reimbursement amounts. We are not listed on any in-network (HMO) insurance plans. Therefore, if your insurance policy is in-network (HMO) and has acupuncture coverage, there is no reimbursement for visits to our office.
I am happy to discuss this further with you, as I realize insurance plans are not always easy to understand.
I registered for the initial visit. What paperwork do I need to complete?
Please complete the health history form and return or bring it with you to the initial appointment. I look forward to working with you!
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing. The goal is to relax while you are here.
Most of the areas I access are from the knees down and the elbows down, and sometimes the lower back. We provide blankets/sheets for draping if needed.
What is your training?
From 2005 – 2008, I attended NESA (New England School of Acupuncture) and graduated with a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine – MAOM. My license is from the Board of Registration for Medicine in MA – Lic.Ac.
I am very grateful that I met my acupuncture and Qigong teacher, Grand Master Nan Lu, in 2015. As a result, my understanding of the depth and reach of Chinese Medicine continues to expand. I use the concept of ‘oneness’ (everything is connected) and I look at the potential for health and wellness rather than focusing on illness and disease because I believe that the body can heal itself. The goal of my work is to help the body ‘kick start’ it’s own healing ability.
Taoist Qigong is my daily training protocol. It enhances my own health, helps me understand my craft better, and helps me understand my clients’ needs.
Do you use any other modalities besides acupuncture?
Yes, acupuncture is one modality of Traditional Chinese Medicine. When appropriate, to achieve the best outcome for the patient, I use other modalities such as Herbs, Medical Qigong, Moxa, Cupping, Guasha, Qigong exercises.
